The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2033
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever talks during the Khutbah of the Imam on Friday, then his example is that of a donkey that has loaded a lot of burden, and the one who says to this talking person, 'Be quiet!', he has no Jumu'ah."

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جو شخص جمعہ کے دن امام کے خطبہ کے دوران بات چیت کرے تو اس کی مثال اس گدھے کی سی ہے جس نے بہت سا بوجھ اٹھا رکھا ہو، اور جو اس بولنے والے سے کہے کہ خاموش ہو جاؤ، اس کا کوئی جمعہ نہیں ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Jo shakhs juma ke din imam ke khutba ke dauran baat cheet kare to uski misal us gadhe ki si hai jisne bahut sa bojh utha rakha ho, aur jo us bolne wale se kahe ki khamosh ho jao, uska koi juma nahi hai.“.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَنْ تَكَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ فَهُوَ كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًا، وَالَّذِي يَقُولُ لَهُ: أَنْصِتْ لَيْسَ لَهُ جُمُعَةٌ".
