ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2136
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Teach knowledge to the people, make things easy for them, and do not make things difficult for them." And he said three times: "When any one of you becomes angry, then he should remain silent."

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”لوگوں کو علم سکھاؤ، آسانیاں پیدا کرو، مشکلات پیدا نہ کرو“، اور تین مرتبہ فرمایا کہ ”جب تم میں سے کسی کو غصہ آئے تو اسے سکوت اختیار کرلینا چاہئے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ke Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Logon ko ilm sikhao, aasaniyan paida karo, mushkilaat paida na karo“, aur teen martaba farmaya ke ”Jab tum mein se kisi ko ghussa aaye to use sakoot ikhtiyar karlena chahiye.“.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ لَيْثًا ، قال: سَمِعْتُ طَاوُسًا يُحَدِّثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" عَلِّمُوا، وَيَسِّرُوا، وَلَا تُعَسِّرُوا، وَإِذَا غَضِبَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَسْكُتْ".
