The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2148
Narrated by Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said about the Dajjal: "He will be one-eyed, with a wide, white complexion, his head will feel like the head of a snake, he will resemble most among the people 'Abd al-'Uzza ibn Qatan, and if the doomed ones start to perish, then remember that your Lord is not one-eyed." Shu'bah said that when I recited this hadith in front of Qatadah, he confirmed it to me (meaning he had also heard the same hadith).

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے دجال کے متعلق فرمایا: ”وہ کانا ہوگا، سفید کھلتا ہوا رنگ ہوگا، اس کا سر سانپ کی طرح محسوس ہوگا، وہ لوگوں میں سب سے زیادہ عبدالعزی بن قطن کے مشابہہ ہوگا، اگر ہلاک ہونے والے ہلاک ہونے لگیں گے تو تم یاد رکھنا کہ تمہارا پروردگار کانا نہیں ہے۔“ شعبہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے جب یہ حدیث قتادہ کے سامنے پڑھی تو انہوں نے بھی مجھے یہی حدیث سنائی (تصدیق کی)۔
Saina Ibne Abbas Raziallahu Anhuma se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Dajjal ke mutalliq farmaya: "Woh kana hoga, safaid khilta hua rang hoga, iska sar sanp ki tarah mehsoos hoga, woh logon mein sab se zyada Abd-ul-Aziz bin Qatan ke mushabaha hoga, agar halaq honay walay halaq honay lagenge to tum yaad rakhna ke tumhara Parwardigaar kana nahi hai." Shubah kehte hain ke main ne jab yeh hadees Qatada ke samne parhi to unhon ne bhi mujhe yahi hadees sunaai (tasdeeq ki).
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الدَّجَّالِ:" أَعْوَرُ هِجَانٌ أَزْهَرُ، كَأَنَّ رَأْسَهُ أَصَلَةٌ، أَشْبَهُ النَّاسِ بِعَبْدِ الْعُزَّى بْنِ قَطَنٍ، فَإِمَّا هَلَكَ الْهُلَّكُ، فَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ تَعَالَى لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ" , قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ قَتَادَةَ، فَحَدَّثَنِي بِنَحْوٍ مِنْ هَذَا.
