Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 21517
My close friend (the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) advised me regarding five things: To love the poor and stay close to them, to look at those who are below me and not at those who are above me, to maintain ties of kinship even if they break it, to not ask anything from anyone, to speak the truth even if it is bitter, to not care about the criticism of those who criticize for the sake of Allah, and to frequently say "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah" (There is no power nor might except with Allah), for indeed these words come from a treasure beneath the Throne.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ مجھے میرے خلیل ﷺ نے پانچ چیزوں کا حکم دیا ہے انہوں نے مجھے حکم دیا ہے مساکین سے محبت کرنے اور ان سے قریب رہنے کا اپنے سے نیچے والے کو دیکھنے اور اوپر والے کو نہ دیکھنے کا، صلہ رحمی کرنے کا گو کہ کوئی اسے توڑ ہی دے کسی سے کچھ نہ مانگنے کا، حق بات کہنے کا خواہ وہ تلخ ہی ہو، اللہ کے بارے میں کسی ملامت کرنے والے کی ملامت کی پرواہ نہ کرنے کا اور لاحول ولاقوۃ الا باللہ کی کثرت کا کیونکہ یہ کلمات عرش کے نیچے ایک خزانے سے آئے ہیں۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki mujhe mere Khalil (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne panch cheezon ka hukum diya hai unhon ne mujhe hukum diya hai misakeen se mohabbat karne aur un se qareeb rehne ka apne se neeche wale ko dekhne aur upar wale ko na dekhne ka sila rehmi karne ka go ki koi use tod hi de kisi se kuch na mangne ka haq baat kehne ka chahe wo talkh hi ho Allah ke bare me kisi malamat karne wale ki malamat ki parwah na karne ka aur lahaul wala quwwata illa billah ki kasrat ka kyunki ye kalmat arsh ke neeche ek khazanese aaye hain.
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ الْمَدَنِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ مَوْلَى غُفْرَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " أَوْصَانِي حِبِّي بِخَمْسٍ أَرْحَمُ الْمَسَاكِينَ وَأُجَالِسُهُمْ، وَأَنْظُرُ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ تَحْتِي، وَلَا أَنْظُرُ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ فَوْقِي، وَأَنْ أَصِلَ الرَّحِمَ وَإِنْ أَدْبَرَتْ، وَأَنْ أَقُولَ بِالْحَقِّ وَإِنْ كَانَ مُرًّا، وَأَنْ أَقُولَ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ"، يَقُولُ مَوْلَى غُفْرَةَ لَا أَعْلَمُ بَقِيَ فِينَا مِنَ الْخَمْسِ إِلَّا هَذِهِ قَوْلُنَا لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ، قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ: وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنَ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ مُوسَى، وقَالَ: عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ .
