Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 21627
It is narrated on the authority of Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) permitted the sale of "Bay' al-'Araaya" by estimation. Benefit: See Hadith No. (4490) for an explanation of Bay' al-'Araaya.

حضرت زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے " بیع عرایا " میں اس بات کی اجازت دی ہے کہ اسے اندازے سے ناپ کر بیچ دیا جائے۔ فائدہ۔ بیع عرایا کی وضاحت کے لئے حدیث نمبر (٤٤٩٠) ملاحظہ کیجئے۔
Hazrat Zaid bin Sabit (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne "Baye Araiya" mein is baat ki ijazat di hai ki ise andaze se naap kar bech diya jaye. Fida. Baye Araiya ki wazahat ke liye hadees number (4490) mulahiza kijiye.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " رَخَّصَ لِصَاحِبِ الْعَرِيَّةِ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا بِخَرْصِهَا" .
