Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 21813
It is narrated on the authority of Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: No Muslim is an heir of a disbeliever, nor is a disbeliever an heir of a Muslim.

حضرت اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا کوئی مسلمان کسی کافر کا اور کوئی کافر کسی مسلمان کا وارث نہیں ہوسکتا۔
Hazrat Usama bin Zaid (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya koi musalman kisi kafir ka aur koi kafir kisi musalman ka waris nahi ho sakta.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ , حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ , عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ , عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِر" .
