The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2255
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave the land and gardens of Khaybar for cultivation on the basis of a half-half share in the produce.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے خیبر کی زمین اور اس کے باغات کو نصف پر بٹائی کے لئے دے دیا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Khaibar ki zameen aur uske baghon ko nisf par batai ke liye de diya.
حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" دَفَعَ خَيْبَرَ: أَرْضَهَا وَنَخْلَهَا، مُقَاسَمَةً عَلَى النِّصْفِ".
