The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2307
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "None of you should prevent his brother from placing his wood on his wall."

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کو اپنی دیوار پر لکڑی رکھنے سے منع نہ کرے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas raza Allahu anhuma se marvi hai ki Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Tum mein se koi shakhs apne bhai ko apni deewar par lakdi rakhne se mana na kare۔“
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" لَا يَمْنَعْ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ مِرْفَقَهُ أَنْ يَضَعَهُ عَلَى جِدَارِهِ".
