Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 23491
It is narrated by a companion, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: In the month of Ramadan, the gates of heaven are opened and the gates of hell are closed, and every rebellious devil is chained in it. And every night a caller calls out: O seeker of good! Come forward, and O seeker of evil! Stop, until Ramadan is over.

ایک صحابی رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا ماہ رمضان میں آسمان کے دروازے کھول دیئے جاتے ہیں اور جہنم کے دروازے بند کردیئے جاتے ہیں اور اس میں ہر سرکش شیطان کو پابند سلاسل کردیا جاتا ہے اور ہر رات ایک منادی نداء لگاتا ہے کہ اسے خیر کے طالب! آگے بڑھ اور اے شر کے طالب! رک جا، یہاں تک کہ رمضان ختم ہوجائے۔
aik sahabi razi Allah unhu se marvi hai ki nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya mah ramazan mein aasman ke darwaze khol diye jate hain aur jahannam ke darwaze band kar diye jate hain aur is mein har sarkash shaitan ko paband salasil kar diya jata hai aur har raat ek munadi nida lagata hai ki use khair ke talib aage barh aur aye shar ke talib ruk ja yahan tak ki ramazan khatam ho jaye
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، أَخْبرَنَا عَطَاءُ بنُ السَّائِب ، عَنْ عَرْفَجَةَ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَاب النَّبيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ رَمَضَانَ، فَقَالَ: " تُفْتَحُ فِيهِ أَبوَاب الْجَنَّةِ، وَتُغْلَقُ فِيهِ أَبوَاب النَّارِ، وَتُصَفَّدُ فِيهِ الشَّيَاطِينُ، وَيُنَادِي فِيهِ مُنَادٍ كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ: يَا باغِيَ الْخَيْرِ، هَلُمَّ، وَيَا باغِيَ الشَّرِّ أَقْصِرْ، حَتَّى يَنْقَضِيَ رَمَضَانُ" .
