Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 23676

Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that his father, a participant of the Pledge of Ridwan which took place under a tree, said that the next year when they set out for Hajj, the location of the pledge was hidden from them.

سعید بن مسیب رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میرے والد بیعت رضوان جو ایک درخت کے نیچے ہوئی تھی کے شرکاء میں سے تھے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ اگلے سال جب ہم حج کے ارادے سے روانہ ہوئے تو بیعت کی وہ جگہ ہم سے پوشیدہ ہوگئی۔

Saeed bin Musayyab razi Allah anhu kehte hain ke mere walid bai'at Ridwan jo ek darakht ke neeche hui thi ke shurka mein se the woh kehte hain ke agle saal jab hum Hajj ke irade se rawana hue to bai'at ki woh jagah hum se poshida hogayi.

حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ طَارِقٍ ، قَالَ: ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ الشَّجَرَةُ، فَقَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي : أَنَّهُ كَانَ ذَلِكَ الْعَامَ مَعَهُمْ، فَنَسُوهَا مِنَ الْعَامِ الْمُقْبِلِ" .
