Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24197
It was narrated from Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Everything has a core, and the core of Quraysh are their freed slaves."

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا ہر چیز کا ایک مادہ ہوتا ہے اور قریش کا مادہ ان کے آزاد کردہ غلام ہیں۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai keh Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya har cheez ka aik madda hota hai aur Quresh ka madda un ke azad karda gulam hain.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَت: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّ لِكُلِّ قَوْمٍ مَادَّةً، وَإِنَّ مَوَادَّ قُرَيْشٍ مَوَالِيهِمْ" .
