Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24736
It is narrated by Aisha that once some honeycomb came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, neither ate it himself nor did he forbid it. I said, "O Messenger of Allah! Shall we not feed this to the poor?" The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said, "Do not feed them what you do not eat yourselves."

حضرت عائشہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ کے پاس کہیں سے گوہ آئی، نبی ﷺ نے اسے تناول فرمایا اور نہ ہی اس سے منع فرمایا میں نے عرض کیا یارسول اللہ! کیا ہم یہ مسکینوں کو نہ کھلا دیں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جو چیز تم خود نہیں کھاتے وہ انہیں بھی مت کھلاؤ۔
Hazrat Ayesha se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas kahin se goh aayi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use tanavul farmaya aur na hi us se mana farmaya maine arz kiya ya Rasul Allah kya hum ye miskino ko na khila den Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo cheez tum khud nahin khate wo unhen bhi mat khilao
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ: أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِضَبٍّ، فَلَمْ يَأْكُلْهُ وَلَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْهُ، قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَفَلَا نُطْعِمُهُ الْمَسَاكِينَ؟ قَالَ: " لَا تُطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا لَا تَأْكُلُونَ" .
