Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24797
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha that once I tied my hair in a very strong bun, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me, "O Aisha! Don't you know that the effect of Janabah reaches every single hair?".

حضرت عائشہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے اپنے سر کے بالوں کا بڑا مضبوط جوڑا باندھ لیا، تو نبی ﷺ نے مجھ سے فرمایا اے عائشہ! کیا تمہیں معلوم نہیں ہے کہ جنابت کا اثر ہر بال تک پہنچتا ہے۔
Hazrat Ayesha se marvi hai keh aik martaba mein ne apne sar ke balon ka bara mazboot juda bandh liya to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujh se farmaya aye Ayesha kya tumhen maloom nahi hai keh janabat ka asar har baal tak pahunchta hai
حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مُنْذُ سِتِّينَ سَنَةً، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ: أَجْمَرْتُ رَأْسِي إِجْمَارًا شَدِيدًا، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" يَا عَائِشَةُ، أَمَا عَلِمْتِ أَنَّ عَلَى كُلِّ شَعَرَةٍ جَنَابَةً؟" .
