Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24896
It is narrated by Aisha that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The inheritance of a freed slave belongs to the one who set him free.
Grade: Sahih
حضرت عائشہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا ولاء یعنی غلام کی وراثت تو اسی کا حق ہے جو غلام کو آزاد کرے۔
Hazrat Ayesha se marvi hai keh aik martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya wala yani ghulam ki warasat to usi ka haq hai jo ghulam ko azad kare.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَوَانَةَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ" .
