Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25002
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was on a journey. During the journey, the camel of Safiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) became sick. Zainab (may Allah be pleased with her) had space on her camel. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to her, "Safiyyah's camel has become sick. If you give her one of your camels, it will be easier for her." She said, "Should I give my camel to that Jewish woman?" Upon this, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) kept his distance from her for two or three months, during Dhul Hijjah and Muharram. He would not go near her. She herself says, "Finally, I lost hope and changed the place of my bed. Suddenly one day, around noon, I felt the shadow of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) approaching from the front (and the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] had become pleased with me again)."

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ کسی سفر میں تھے، دوران سفر حضرت صفیہ رضی اللہ عنہ کا اونٹ بیمار ہوگیا، حضرت زینب رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس اونٹ میں گنجائش موجود تھی، نبی ﷺ نے ان سے فرمایا کہ صفیہ کا اونٹ بیمار ہوگیا ہے، اگر تم انہیں اپنا ایک اونٹ دے دو تو ان کے لئے آسانی ہوجائے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ میں یہودیہ کو اپنا اونٹ دوں گی؟ اس پر نبی ﷺ نے انہیں ذوالحجہ اور محرم دو ماہ یا تین ماہ تک چھوڑے رکھا، ان کے پاس جاتے ہی نہ تھے۔ وہ خود کہتی ہیں کہ بالآخر میں ناامید ہوگئی اور اپنی چارپائی کی جگہ بدل لی، اچانک ایک دن نصف النہار کے وقت مجھے نبی ﷺ کا سایہ سامنے سے آتا ہوا محسوس ہوا (اور نبی ﷺ مجھ سے راضی ہوگئے)۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai ki aik martaba Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam kisi safar mein thay, dauran e safar Hazrat Safiyyah Radi Allaho Anha ka unt bimar hogaya, Hazrat Zainab Radi Allaho Anha ke pass unt mein gunjaish mojood thi, Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne un se farmaya ki Safiyyah ka unt bimar hogaya hai, agar tum unhen apna aik unt de do to un ke liye asani hojaye. Unhon ne kaha ki mein yahudi ko apna unt dun gi? Iss par Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne unhen Zulhajja aur muharram do mah ya teen mah tak chhore rakha, un ke pass jatay hi nahi thay. Wo khud kehti hain ki balkhir mein na umeed hogayi aur apni charpai ki jaga badal li, achanak ek din nisf un nihar ke waqt mujhe Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ka saya samne se aata hua mehsoos hua (aur Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam mujh se raazi hogaye).
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ ، عَنْ شُمَيْسَة ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ لَهُ، فَاعْتَلَّ بَعِيرٌ لِصَفِيَّةَ، وَفِي إِبِلِ زَيْنَبَ فَضْلٌ، فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّ بَعِيرًا لِصَفِيَّةَ اعْتَلَّ، فَلَوْ أَعْطَيْتِهَا بَعِيرًا مِنْ إِبِلِكِ". فَقَالَتْ: أَنَا أُعْطِي تِلْكَ الْيَهُودِيَّةَ. قَالَ: فَتَرَكَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَا الْحِجَّةِ وَالْمُحَرَّمَ، شَهْرَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةً، لَا يَأْتِيهَا، قَالَتْ: حَتَّى يَئِسْتُ مِنْهُ وَحَوَّلْتُ سَرِيرِي. قَالَتْ: فَبَيْنَمَا أَنَا يَوْمًا بِنِصْفِ النَّهَارِ، إِذَا أَنَا بِظِلِّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُقْبِلٌ . قَالَ عَفَّانُ : حَدَّثَنِيهِ حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ شُمَيْسَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ثُمَّ سَمِعْتُهُ بَعْدُ يُحَدِّثُهُ عَنْ شُمَيْسَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. وقَالَ بَعْدُ: فِي حَجٍّ أَوْ عُمْرَةٍ. قَالَ: وَلَا أَظُنُّهُ إِلَّا قَالَ: فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ.
