Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25088
Ubaid bin Abdullah bin Zubair, may Allah be pleased with him, said: Once I was with Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, when a man passed by who was being beaten at the door of Aisha's house for drinking wine. When Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, heard the sound of the people, she asked: What is this matter? I said: A man has been caught intoxicated with alcohol and is being beaten. She said: Glory be to Allah! I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "He who drinks wine is not a believer at the time of drinking it, he who commits adultery is not a believer at the time of committing it, he who steals is not a believer at the time of stealing, and he who robs something precious "that which people look up to" is not a believer at the time of robbing it. So beware of these deeds, beware of them."

عباد بن عبداللہ بن زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے پاس تھا، وہاں سے ایک آدمی گذرا جسے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے گھر کے دروازے پر شراب پینے کی وجہ سے مارا جا رہا تھا۔ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے جب لوگوں کی آہٹ سنی تو پوچھا کہ یہ کیا ماجرا ہے؟ میں نے بتایا کہ ایک آدمی کو شراب کے نشے میں مد ہوش پکڑ لیا گیا ہے اسے مارا جا رہا ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا سبحان اللہ! میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جو شخص شراب پیتا ہے وہ شراب پیتے وقت مومن نہیں رہتا، جو شخص بدکاری کرتا ہے وہ بدکاری کرتے وقت مومن نہیں رہتا، جو شخص چوری کرتا ہے وہ چوری کرتے وقت مومن نہیں رہتا اور جو شخص کوئی قیمتی چیز " جس کی طرف لوگ سر اٹھا کر دیکھتے ہوں " لوٹتا ہے، وہ لوٹتے وقت مومن نہیں رہتا اس لئے تم ان کاموں سے بچو، بچو۔
Abad bin Abdullah bin Zubair Razi Allah Anhu kehte hain ki ek martaba main Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allah Anha ke paas tha, wahan se ek aadmi guzara jise Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allah Anha ke ghar ke darwaze par sharab peene ki wajah se mara ja raha tha. Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allah Anha ne jab logon ki ahat suni to poocha ki yeh kya maajra hai? Maine bataya ki ek aadmi ko sharab ke nashe mein madhosh pakad liya gaya hai use mara ja raha hai, unhon ne farmaya Subhan Allah! Maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yeh farmate hue suna hai ki jo shakhs sharab peeta hai woh sharab peete waqt momin nahi rehta, jo shakhs badkari karta hai woh badkari karte waqt momin nahi rehta, jo shakhs chori karta hai woh chori karte waqt momin nahi rehta aur jo shakhs koi qeemti cheez "jis ki taraf log sar utha kar dekhte hon" loot-ta hai, woh loot-te waqt momin nahi rehta is liye tum in kaamon se bacho, bacho.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ . قَالَ: بَيْنَمَا أَنَا عِنْدَهَا إِذْ مَرَّ رَجُلٌ قَدْ ضُرِبَ فِي خَمْرٍ عَلَى بَابِهَا، فَسَمِعَتْ حِسَّ النَّاسِ، فَقَالَتْ أَيُّ شَيْءٍ هَذَا؟ قُلْتُ: رَجُلٌ أُخِذَ سَكْرَانًا مِنْ خَمْرٍ، فَضُرِبَ، فَقَالَتْ: سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ! سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " لَا يَشْرَبُ الشَّارِبُ حِينَ يَشْرَبُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ يَعْنِي الْخَمْرَ، وَلَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ مُنْتَهِبٌ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا رُءُوسَهُمْ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، فَإِيَّاكُمْ وَإِيَّاكُمْ" .
