Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25304
It was narrated from Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The hand of the one who steals a quarter of a dinar or more should be cut off."
Grade: Sahih
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا چوتھائی دینار یا اس سے زیادہ کی چوری کرنے والے کا ہاتھ کاٹ دیا جائے۔
Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya chauthai dinar ya us se zyada ki chori karne wale ka hath kat diya jaye.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا" .
