ومن مسند بني هاشم The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2536
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had himself cupped while he was fasting.
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے سینگی لگوا کر خون نکلوایا، اس وقت آپ ﷺ روزے کی حالت میں بھی تھے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas Radi Allaho Anhuma se marvi hai ki aik martaba Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne singi lagwakar khoon nikalwaya, us waqt Aap Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam rozey ki halat mein bhi thay.
حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ:" احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ".
