Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25638
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to recite in bowing (ruku) and prostration (sujood): "Subuhun quddusun rabbul malaikati war-rooh." (Glorified and Holy is the Lord of the Angels and the Spirit)

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ رکوع و سجود میں یہ پڑھتے تھے " سُبُّوحٌ قُدُّوسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ "
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ruku o sajdah mein ye parhte thay "Subboh Quddus Rabul Malaikati War Roohi"
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي سُجُودِهِ أَوْ رُكُوعِهِ: " سُبُّوحٌ قُدُّوسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ" .
