Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25687
Abdullah ibn Shaqiq reports that he once asked Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, "Did the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, recite several surahs in one rak'ah?" She replied, "The lengthy ones."

عبداللہ بن شقیق کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے پوچھا کیا نبی ﷺ ایک رکعت میں کئی سورتیں پڑھ لیتے تھے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا مفصلات۔
Abdullah bin Shaqiq kahte hain ke aik martaba maine Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se pucha kya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aik rakat mein kai surtain parh lete the? Unhon ne farmaya mufassal.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا كَهْمَسُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ هَلْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ السُّوَرِ فِي رَكْعَةٍ؟ قَالَتْ:" الْمُفَصَّلُ" .
