Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25840
It is narrated on the authority of Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once she made a black woolen shawl for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wore it, but when he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) began to sweat and the smell of wool became noticeable in it, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) took it off because he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) liked pleasant fragrances.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ انہوں نے نبی ﷺ کے لئے اون کی ایک سیاہ چادر بنائی، نبی ﷺ نے اسے پہن لیا، لیکن جب نبی ﷺ کو پسینہ آیا اور اون کی بو اس میں محسوس ہونے لگی تو نبی ﷺ نے اسے اتار دیا کیونکہ نبی ﷺ اچھی مہک کو پسند فرماتے تھے۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai keh aik martaba unhon ne Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ke liye oon ki ek siyah chadar banai, Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne use pehen liya, lekin jab Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ko paseena aaya aur oon ki boo us mein mehsoos honay lagi to Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne use utar diya kyunkeh Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam acchi mahak ko pasand farmate thay.
حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ , عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , أَنَّهَا " جَعَلَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بُرْدَةً مِنْ صُوفٍ سَوْدَاءَ , فَلَبِسَهَا , فَلَمَّا عَرِقَ , فَوَجَدَ رِيحَ الصُّوفِ , فَقَذَفَهَا , قَالَ: وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ: وَكَانَ يُعْجِبُهُ الرِّيحُ الطَّيِّبَةُ" .
