Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26073
It is narrated on the authority of Umm al-Mu'minin Aisha Radi Allahu Anha that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade sleeping with one's head covered.

ام المؤمنین حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے مٹکے کی نیند سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
ummul momineen hazrat ayesha razi allah anha se marvi hai keh nabi salal laho alaihi wasallam ne matke ki neend se mana farmaya hai
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ , عَنِ شُمَيْسَةَ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ , فَقَامَ إِلَيْهَا إِنْسَانٌ , فَقَالَ: يَا أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مَا تَقُولِينَ فِي نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ؟ فَقَالَتْ:" نَهَى نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ" .
