The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2608

It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both, that "I gave Zamzam to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and he drank it while standing."

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو زمزم پلایا ہے اور انہوں نے کھڑے ہو کر زمزم پیا ہے۔

Sayyidina Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko Zamzam pilaya hai aur unhon ne kharay ho kar Zamzam piya hai.

حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، وَعَتَّابٌ , قَالَ , حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَاصِمٌ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ حَدَّثَهُ، قَالَ:" سَقَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ زَمْزَمَ , فَشَرِبَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ".
