Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26688
It is narrated on the authority of Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would finish the prayer and say the Salam, the women would get up as soon as he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) finished the Salam, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would stay at his place for a while before standing up.

حضرت ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ جب سلام پھیرتے تو نبی ﷺ کا سلام ختم ہوتے ہی خواتین اٹھنے لگتی تھیں اور نبی ﷺ کھڑے ہونے سے پہلے کچھ دیر اپنی جگہ پر ہی رک جاتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَتْنِي هِنْدُ ابْنَةُ الْحَارِثِ الْقُرَشِيَّةُ , أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْبَرَتْهَا , " أَنَّ النِّسَاءَ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا سَلَّمَ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ قُمْنَ، وَثَبَتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَثَبَتَ مَنْ صَلَّى مِنَ الرِّجَالِ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ، فَإِذَا قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَامَ الرِّجَالُ" .
