Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26758
It is narrated on the authority of Juwairiya that once, in the morning, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to me while I was reciting Tasbihat (glorifications of Allah). After a while, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) left for some work and then returned at midday and said, "Have you been sitting here since then?" I said, "Yes." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Shall I not teach you some words that, if weighed against all your lengthy Tasbihat, would outweigh them?" And they are: "Subhan-Allah 'adada khalqih" (Glory be to Allah, as many times as the number of His creation) three times. "Subhan-Allah zinata 'arshih" (Glory be to Allah, as much as the weight of His Throne) three times. "Subhan-Allah rida nafsih" (Glory be to Allah, as much as His pleasure) three times. "Subhan-Allah midada kalimatih" (Glory be to Allah, as much as the extent of His words) three times.

حضرت جویریہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ صبح کے وقت نبی ﷺ میرے پاس تشریف لائے، میں اس وقت تسبیحات پڑھ رہی تھی کچھ دیر بعد نبی ﷺ کسی کام سے چلے گئے پھر نصف النہار کے وقت واپس آئے تو فرمایا کیا تم اس وقت سے یہاں بیٹھی ہو؟ میں نے عرض کیا جی ہاں نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کیا میں تمہیں ایسے کلمات نہ سکھا دوں جن کا وزن اگر تمہاری اتنی لمبی تسبیحات سے کیا جائے تو ان کا پلڑا جھک جائے گا اور وہ یہ ہیں سبحان اللہ عدد خلقہ تین مرتبہ سبحان اللہ زنۃ عرشہ تین مرتبہ سبحان اللہ رضا نفسہ تین مرتبہ سبحان اللہ مداد کلمات تین مرتبہ۔
Hazrat Juwairiya se marvi hai ki ek martaba subah ke waqt Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) mere paas tashreef laaye, main us waqt tasbihat parh rahi thi, kuch der baad Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) kisi kaam se chale gaye phir nisf un nihar ke waqt wapas aaye to farmaya kya tum iss waqt se yahan baithi ho? Maine arz kia ji haan, Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya kya main tumhe aise kalimat na sikha dun jin ka wazan agar tumhari itni lambi tasbihat se kia jaye to unka palra jhuk jayega aur wo ye hain Subhan Allah adad khalqahu teen martaba, Subhan Allah zinat arshihi teen martaba, Subhan Allah riza nafsihi teen martaba, Subhan Allah madad kalimatihi teen martaba.
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَى آلِ طَلْحَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ كُرَيْبًا مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يُحَدِّثُ , عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَتْ: أَتَى عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غُدْوَةً وَأَنَا أُسَبِّحُ، ثُمَّ انْطَلَقَ لِحَاجَةٍ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ قَرِيبًا مِنْ نِصْفِ النَّهَارِ، فَقَالَ:" مَا زِلْتِ قَاعِدَةً؟" , قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ، فَقَالَ: " أَلَا أُعَلِّمُكِ كَلِمَاتٍ لَوْ عُدِلْنَ بِهِنَّ، عَدَلَتْهُنَّ أَوْ لَوْ وُزِنَّ بِهِنَّ وَزَنَتْهُنَّ يَعْنِي بِجَمِيعِ مَا سَبَّحَتْ: سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَدَدَ خَلْقِهِ، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ زِنَةَ عَرْشِهِ، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رِضَا نَفْسِهِ، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ مِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ" .
