Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26955
It is narrated by Asma that one day I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) praying in front of the Black Stone. This was before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was ordered to present the message of Islam to the polytheists. I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) reciting this verse in his prayer, while the polytheists were also listening, "Then which of the favors of your Lord will you deny?"

حضرت اسماء سے مروی ہے کہ ایک دن میں نے نبی ﷺ کو حجر اسود کے سامنے نماز پڑھتے ہوئے دیکھا یہ اس وقت کی بات ہے جب نبی ﷺ کو اہل مشرکین کے سامنے دعوت پیش کرنے کا حکم نہیں ہوا تھا، میں نے نبی ﷺ کو اس نماز میں جبکہ مشرکین بھی سن رہے تھے،، یہ آیت تلاوت کرتے ہوئے سنا فبای آلاء ربکما تکذبن۔
Hazrat Asma se marvi hai keh aik din main ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko Hajar Aswad ke samne namaz parhte huye dekha yeh us waqt ki baat hai jab Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ahle mushrikeen ke samne dawat pesh karne ka hukum nahi hua tha main ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko is namaz mein jab keh mushrikeen bhi sun rahe thay yeh ayat tilawat karte huye suna Fabi Aailai Rabbikuma Tukzibun.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ " يَقْرَأُ، وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي نَحْوَ الرُّكْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَصْدَعَ بِمَا يُؤْمَرُ، وَالْمُشْرِكُونَ يَسْتَمِعُونَ فَبِأَيِّ آلاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ سورة الرحمن آية 13" .
