The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2758
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of the conquest of Makkah, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stayed there for seventeen days but offered the prayers with only two rak'ahs each.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ کہ فتح مکہ کے موقع پر آپ ﷺ وہاں سترہ دن تک ٹھہرے رہے لیکن نماز دو دو رکعت کر کے ہی پڑھتے رہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Fath Makkah ke mauke par Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) wahan satrah din tak thehre rahe lekin namaz do do rakat kar ke hi parhte rahe.
حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ:" فَتَحَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَكَّةَ، أَقَامَ فِيهَا سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ".
