The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3064
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that "I was present with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when he led the Eid prayer on the day of Eid, and then delivered the sermon. Afterwards, it occurred to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that the women may not have heard his voice. So, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went to the women and preached to them and advised them, and commanded them to give charity. Upon this, the women began to take off their earrings, rings, and other things and give them in charity. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) then ordered Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) to collect those things and they returned."

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ اس وقت حاضر رہا ہوں جب کہ آپ ﷺ نے عید کے دن خطبہ سے پہلے نماز پڑھائی، پھر خطبہ ارشاد فرمایا، بعد میں آپ ﷺ کو خیال آیا کہ عورتوں کے کانوں تک تو آواز پہنچی ہی نہیں ہوگی، چنانچہ نبی ﷺ نے عورتوں کے پاس آ کر انہیں وعظ و نصیحت کی اور انہیں صدقہ کا حکم دیا، جس پر عورتیں اپنی بالیاں اور انگوٹھیاں وغیرہ اتار کر صدقہ دینے لگیں، نبی ﷺ نے سیدنا بلال رضی اللہ عنہ کو وہ چیزیں جمع کرنے کا حکم دیا اور واپس چلے گئے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki main Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath us waqt hazir raha hun jab ke aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Eid ke din khutba se pehle namaz padhayi, phir khutba irshad farmaya, baad mein aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko khayal aaya ki auraton ke kaanon tak to aawaz pahunchi hi nahi hogi, chunancha Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne auraton ke paas aa kar unhen waaz o nasihat ki aur unhen sadqah ka hukum diya, jis par auraten apni baaliyan aur ungoothiyan waghaira utaar kar sadqah dene lagi, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Sayyidna Bilal (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko woh cheezen jama karne ka hukum diya aur wapas chale gaye.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ: شَهِدْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ، ثُمَّ خَطَبَ، فَظَنَّ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يُسْمِعْ النِّسَاءَ، فَأَتَاهُنَّ، فَوَعَظَهُنَّ، وَقَالَ:" تَصَدَّقْنَ" فَجَعَلَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ تُلْقِي الْخَاتَمَ وَالْخُرْصَ وَالشَّيْءَ، ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِلَالًا، فَجَمَعَهُ فِي ثَوْبٍ حَتَّى أَمْضَاهُ.
