The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3166
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prohibited (drinking from) vessels called Dubba', Naqir and Mizafat (which were used for drinking wine and the explanation of which has been mentioned several times before).

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے دباء، نقیر اور مزفت نامی برتنوں سے منع فرمایا (جو شراب پینے کے لئے استعمال ہوتے تھے اور جن کی وضاحت پیچھے کئی مرتبہ گزر چکی ہے)۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne diba, naqeer aur mizfat naami bartan se mana farmaya (jo sharaab pine ke liye istemal hote thay aur jin ki wazahat peeche kai martaba guzar chuki hai).
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَحَجَّاجٌ ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى أَبِي عُمَرَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الدُّبَّاءِ، وَالْمُزَفَّتِ، وَالنَّقِيرِ".
