ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3209
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) left Madinah Munawwarah while fasting in the month of Ramadan. When he reached a place called Qadid, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) broke his fast and did not fast until he reached Makkah Mukarramah.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ مدینہ منورہ سے ماہ رمضان میں روزہ رکھ کر نکلے، جب قدید نامی جگہ پر پہنچے تو آپ ﷺ نے روزہ ختم کر دیا اور مکہ مکرمہ پہنچنے تک روزہ نہیں رکھا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Madina Munawwara se mah-e-Ramzan mein roza rakh kar nikle, jab Qadeed naami jaga par pahunche to aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne roza khatam kar diya aur Makkah Mukarramah pahunchne tak roza nahi rakha.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ:" خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ صَائِمًا فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ، فَلَمَّا أَتَى قُدَيْدًا أَفْطَرَ، فَلَمْ يَزَلْ مُفْطِرًا حَتَّى دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ".
