ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3236
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, prayed a prayer at the time of the solar eclipse in which he performed eight rak'ahs and four prostrations.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے سورج گرہن کے وقت جو نماز پڑھائی اس میں آٹھ رکوع اور چار سجدے کئے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Suraj Girahan ke waqt jo namaz parhai us mein aath rakat aur chaar sajde kiye.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" أَنَّهُ صَلَّى بِهِمْ فِي كُسُوفٍ ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ، قَرَأَ، ثُمَّ رَكَعَ، ثُمَّ رَفَعَ، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ، ثُمَّ رَكَعَ، ثُمَّ رَفَعَ، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ، ثُمَّ رَكَعَ، ثُمَّ رَفَعَ، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ، ثُمَّ رَكَعَ، ثُمَّ رَفَعَ، ثُمَّ سَجَدَ، قَالَ: وَالْأُخْرَى مِثْلُهَا".
