ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3369
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the blessed era of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), a man passed away. He had no heir except a slave whom he had freed. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) granted the inheritance to that very slave.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں ایک آدمی فوت ہو گیا، اس کا کوئی وارث بھی نہ تھا سوائے اس غلام کے جسے اس نے آزاد کر دیا تھا، نبی ﷺ نے اسی غلام کو اس کی میراث عطا فرما دی۔
Sayyida Ibn Abbas Raziallahu Anhuma se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke dor basadat mein ek aadmi foot ho gaya, iska koi waris bhi nahi tha siwaye is gulam ke jise usne aazaad kar diya tha, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne isi gulam ko iski miraas ata farma di.
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، أَنَّ عَوْسَجَةَ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أخْبَرَهُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مَاتَ، وَلَمْ يَدَعْ أَحَدًا يَرِثُهُ،" فَدَفَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِيرَاثَهُ إِلَى مَوْلًى لَهُ أَعْتَقَهُ الْمَيِّتُ، هُوَ الَّذِي لَهُ وَلَاؤُهُ، وَالَّذِي أَعْتَقَ".
