Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4471
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade people from milking the animals of others for their own use without their permission.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے لوگوں کی اجازت کے بغیر ان کے جانوروں کا دودھ دوہ کر اپنے استعمال میں لانے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne logon ki ijazat ke baghair un ke janwaron ka doodh doh kar apne istemal mein lane se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى أَنْ تُحْلَبَ مَوَاشِي النَّاسِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِمْ".
