Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4494
Sayyiduna Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I saw in a dream that there was a piece of silk brocade in my hand. Wherever in Paradise I would point with it, it would fly me there. On his telling, Sayyida Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her) mentioned this dream to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Your brother is a righteous man" or he said "Abdullah is a righteous man."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے خواب میں دیکھا کہ میرے ہاتھ میں استبرق کا ایک ٹکڑا ہے، میں جنت کی جس جگہ کی طرف بھی اس سے اشارہ کرتا ہوں، وہ مجھے اڑا کر وہاں لے جاتا ہے، سیدہ حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے ان کے کہنے پر یہ خواب نبی کریم ﷺ سے ذکر کیا، تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”تمہارا بھائی نیک آدمی ہے۔“ یا یہ فرمایا کہ عبداللہ نیک آدمی ہے۔
Saina Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a farmate hain ki aik martaba maine khwab mein dekha ki mere hath mein istabraq ka aik tukda hai, mein jannat ki jis jagah ki taraf bhi is se ishara karta hun, woh mujhe uda kar wahan le jata hai, Syeda Hafsa ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) ne un ke kehne par yeh khwab Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se zikar kiya, to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Tumhara bhai nek aadmi hai.“ ya yeh farmaya ki Abdullah nek aadmi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، قَالَ، قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: رَأَيْتُ فِي الْمَنَامِ كَأَنَّ بِيَدِي قِطْعَةَ إِسْتَبْرَقٍ، وَلَا أُشِيرُ بِهَا إِلَى مَكَانٍ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ إِلَّا طَارَتْ بِي إِلَيْهِ، فَقَصَّتْهَا حَفْصَةُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:" إِنَّ أَخَاكِ رَجُلٌ صَالِحٌ أَوْ إِنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ رَجُلٌ صَالِحٌ".
