Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4505
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not milk the animals of the people for your own use without their permission. Would any of you like it if someone went up to his upper storey, broke the door of his store-room and took away everything from it? Remember! The udders of the animals of the people contain food for them, so do not milk their animals without their permission."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”لوگوں کی اجازت کے بغیر ان کے جانوروں کا دودھ دوہ کر اپنے استعمال میں مت لایا کرو کیا تم میں سے کوئی شخص اس بات کو پسند کر سکتا ہے کہ اس کے بالاخانے میں کوئی جا کر اس کے گودام کا دروازہ توڑ دے اور اس میں سے سب کچھ نکال کر لے جائے، یاد رکھو! لوگوں کے جانوروں کے تھنوں میں ان کا کھانا ہوتا ہے اس لئے اس کی اجازت کے بغیر اس کے جانور کا دودھ نہ دوہا جائے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Logon ki ijazat ke baghair un ke janwaron ka doodh doh kar apne istemal mein mat laya karo kya tum mein se koi shakhs is baat ko pasand kar sakta hai ki us ke balakhanay mein koi ja kar us ke godam ka darwaza tod de aur us mein se sab kuchh nikal kar le jaye, yaad rakho! Logon ke janwaron ke thanon mein un ka khana hota hai is liye is ki ijazat ke baghair is ke janwar ka doodh na doha jaye“.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" أَلَا لَا تُحْتَلَبَنَّ مَاشِيَةُ امْرِئٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ، أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ تُؤْتَى مَشْرُبَتُهُ، فَيُكْسَرَ بَابُهَا، ثُمَّ يُنْتَثَلَ مَا فِيهَا؟! فَإِنَّمَا فِي ضُرُوعِ مَوَاشِيهِمْ طَعَامُ أَحَدِهِمْ، أَلَا فَلَا تُحْتَلَبَنَّ مَاشِيَةُ امْرِئٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ" أَوْ قَالَ:" بِأَمْرِهِ".
