Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4525
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the selling of fruits until they are ripe. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) imposed this prohibition on both the seller and the buyer. Also, he forbade carrying the Holy Quran while traveling because there is a fear that it might fall into the hands of the enemy.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے پھلوں کی بیع سے منع فرمایا ہے جب تک وہ پک نہ جائے، نبی کریم ﷺ نے یہ ممانعت بائع (بچنے والا) اور مشتری (خریدنے والا اور بیچنے والا) دونوں کو فرمائی ہے۔ نیز سفر میں جاتے وقت قرآن کریم اپنے ساتھ لے جانے کی ممانعت فرمائی ہے کیونکہ اندیشہ ہے کہ کہیں وہ دشمن کے ہاتھ نہ لگ جائے۔
Sayyida Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne phalon ki baye se mana farmaya hai jab tak woh pak na jaye, Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne yeh mamanat baie (bechne wala) aur mushتري (kharidne wala aur bechne wala) dono ko farmaie hai. Neez safar mein jate waqt Quran Kareem apne sath le jane ki mamanat farmaie hai kyunkeh andesha hai keh kahin woh dushman ke hath na lag jaye.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَهْدِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا، نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ". (حديث موقوف)" وَنَهَى أَنْ يُسَافَرَ بِالْقُرْآنِ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ، مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يَنَالَهُ الْعَدُوُّ".
