Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4527
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man invoked the curse of Allah upon his wife and denied the paternity of her child. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) separated them and gave the child to the mother.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک شخص نے اپنی بیوی سے لعان کیا اور اس کے بچے کی اپنی طرف نسبت کی نفی کی نبی کریم ﷺ نے ان دونوں کے درمیان تفریق کرا دی اور بچے کو ماں کے حوالے کر دیا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki ek shakhs ne apni biwi se li'aan kiya aur uske bacche ki apni taraf nisbat ki nafi ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne in donon ke darmiyaan tafreeq kara di aur bacche ko maan ke hawale kar diya.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا لَاعَنَ امْرَأَتَهُ، وَانْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهَا،" فَفَرَّقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمَا، فَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالْمَرْأَةِ".
