Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4560
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the selling or gifting of the right of Wala'.
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے حق ولاء کو بیچنے یا ہبہ کر نے کی ممانعت فرمائی ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne haq walah ko bechne ya hiba karne ki mamanat farmai hai.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ:" نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلَاءِ وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ".
