Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4641
Amr bin Dinar said that once a discussion arose among the people whether it is permissible for a person who has assumed Ihram for Umrah to be intimate with his wife before performing Sa'i between Safa and Marwah. We asked this question to Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) and he replied that it is not permissible for him to do so before performing Sa'i between Safa and Marwah. Then we asked the same question to Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) and he replied that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to Mecca, performed seven circuits of Tawaf, offered two Rak'ah behind Maqam Ibrahim, then performed Sa'i between Safa and Marwah and then said that in the Messenger of Allah there is for you the best example.

عمرو بن دینار کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ لوگوں میں یہ بات چھڑ گئی کہ اگر کوئی آدمی عمرہ کا احرام باندھے تو کیا صفا مروہ کے درمیان سعی کرنے سے پہلے اس کے لئے اپنی بیوی کے پاس آنا حلال ہو جاتا ہے یا نہیں؟ ہم نے یہ سوال سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ صفا مروہ کے درمیان سعی کرنے سے پہلے اس کے لئے یہ کام حلال نہیں، پھر ہم نے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے یہی سوال پوچھا تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ مکہ مکرمہ تشریف لائے طواف کے سات چکر لگائے مقام ابراہیم کے پیچھے دو رکعتیں پڑھیں اور صفا مروہ کے درمیان سعی کی پھر فرمایا کہ پیغمبر اللہ کی ذات میں تمہارے لئے بہترین نمونہ موجود ہے۔
Amr bin Dinar kahte hain ki ek martaba logon mein ye baat chhid gayi ki agar koi aadmi Umrah ka ahram bandhe to kya Safa Marwah ke darmiyaan saee karne se pehle uske liye apni biwi ke paas aana halal ho jata hai ya nahi Humne ye sawal Sayyiduna Jabir Radi Allahu Anhu se poocha to unhonne farmaya ki Safa Marwah ke darmiyaan saee karne se pehle uske liye ye kaam halal nahi phir humne Sayyiduna Ibn Umar Radi Allahu Anhuma se yahi sawal poocha to unhonne farmaya ki Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Makkah Mukarrama tashreef laaye tawaf ke saat chakkar lagaye Maqam Ibrahim ke peeche do rakat namaz padhi aur Safa Marwah ke darmiyaan saee ki phir farmaya ki Paigambar Allah ki zaat mein tumhare liye behtarin namuna mojood hai
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، قَالَ، قَالَ: عَمْرٌو يَعْنِي ابْنَ دِينَارٍ ذَكَرُوا الرَّجُلَ يُهِلُّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَيَحِلُّ، هَلْ لَهُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ يَعْنِي امْرَأَتَهُ، قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطُوفَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ؟ فَسَأَلْنَا جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا، حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، وَسَأَلْنَا ابْنَ عُمَرَ ؟ فَقَالَ: قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ سَبْعًا، فَصَلَّى خَلْفَ الْمَقَامِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، وَسَعَى بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ:" لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ سورة الأحزاب آية 21".
