Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4640
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the pre-Islamic period, people used to sell camel meat in exchange for the offspring of a pregnant animal, meaning the offspring of the one still in its mother's womb. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade this practice.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے سے مروی ہے کہ زمانہ جاہلیت میں لوگ اونٹ کا گوشت حاملہ جانور کے حمل سے پیدا ہونے والے بچے کے بدلے بیچا کرتے تھے اور حاملہ جانور کے حمل سے پیدا ہونے والے بچے سے مراد ”جو ابھی ماں کے پیٹ میں ہی ہے“ اس کا بچہ ہے نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki zamana jahiliyat mein log unt ka gosht hamil janwar ke hamal se paida hone wale bache ke badle becha karte the aur hamil janwar ke hamal se paida hone wale bache se murad ”jo abhi maan ke pet mein hi hai“ iska bacha hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: كَانَ أَهْلُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبِيعُونَ لَحْمَ الْجَزُورِ بِحَبَلِ حَبَلَةٍ، وَحَبَلُ حَبَلَةٍ تُنْتَجُ النَّاقَةُ مَا فِي بَطْنِهَا، ثُمَّ تَحْمِلُ الَّتِي تُنْتَجُهُ،" فَنَهَاهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ".
