Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4645

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Every intoxicant is khamr (wine) and every intoxicant is haram (forbidden)."


Grade: Sahih

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”ہر نشہ آور چیز شراب ہے اور ہر نشہ آور چیز حرام ہے۔“

Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Har nashaawar cheez sharaab hai aur har nashaawar cheez haraam hai.“

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ، وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ".
