Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4735
It was narrated from Sayyidina Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "None of you should displace another person by making him get up and then sit down in his place, but rather you should spread out and make room."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”کوئی شخص دوسرے کو اس کی جگہ سے اٹھا کر خود وہاں نہ بیٹھے البتہ تم پھیل کر کشادگی پیدا کیا کرو۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: “Koi shakhs dusre ko uski jaga se utha kar khud wahan na baithe albatta tum phail kar kushadgi paida kiya karo.”
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا يُقِيمُ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ عَنْ مَقْعَدِهِ ثُمَّ يَقْعُدُ فِيهِ، وَلَكِنْ تَفَسَّحُوا وَتَوَسَّعُوا".
