Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4763
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would recite Surah Al-Kafirun and Surah Al-Ikhlas twenty or ten times in the Sunnah prayers before Fajr and the two Sunnah prayers after Maghrib.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فجر سے پہلے کی سنتوں میں اور مغرب کے بعد کی دو سنتوں میں بیسیوں یا دسیوں مرتبہ سورت کافروں اور سورت اخلاص پڑھی ہو گی۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne fajar se pehle ki sunnaton mein aur maghrib ke baad ki do sunnaton mein beesiyon ya dasiyon martaba Surah Kafiroon aur Surah Ikhlas padhi ho gi.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" قَرَأَ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ وَالرَّكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ، بِضْعًا وَعِشْرِينَ مَرَّةً، أَوْ بِضْعَ عَشْرَةَ مَرَّةً قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ وَ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ".
