Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4876

It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying that there are five types of animals that there is no sin in killing: a scorpion, a rat, a kite, a crow, and a rabid dog.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ پانچ قسم کے جانور ایسے ہیں جہنیں قتل کرنے میں کوئی گناہ نہیں ہے بچھو، چوہے، چیل، کوے اور باؤلے کتے کو۔

Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki panch qisam ke janwar aise hain jinhen qatal karne mein koi gunah nahi hai bichhu, chuhe, cheel, kauwe aur baawle kutte ko.

حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، وَعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ حدثاه عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ الْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ".
