Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4949
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "When any of you is invited to a Walima (wedding feast), he should accept the invitation."
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جب تم میں سے کسی کو دعوت ولیمہ دی جائے تو اسے اس دعوت کو قبول کر لینا چاہئے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Jab tum mein se kisi ko dawat-e-walima di jaye to use is dawat ko qubul kar lena chahie.“
حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ أُسَامَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" إِذَا دُعِيَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى وَلِيمَةٍ، فَلْيُجِبْ".
