Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5082
Nafi', may Allah have mercy on him, said that when Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him and his father, would reach the sacred precincts of the Haram, he would stop reciting the Talbiyah. When he reached Dhu Tuwa, he would spend the night there. In the morning, he would pray Fajr, perform Ghusl (ritual bath), and say that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to do the same.

نافع رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما جب حرم کے قریبی حصے میں پہنچتے تو تلبیہ روک دیتے، جب مقام ذی طوی پر پہنچتے، تو وہاں رات گزارتے، صبح ہونے کے بعد فجر کی نماز پڑھتے، غسل کرتے اور بتاتے کہ نبی ﷺ بھی اسی طرح کیا کرتے تھے۔
Nafey rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ke Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a jab Haram ke qareebi hisse mein pahuchte to talbiyah rok dete, jab maqam Zi Tuwa par pahuchte, to wahan raat guzarte, subah hone ke baad fajar ki namaz parhte, ghusl karte aur batate ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) bhi isi tarah karte the.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، قَالَ: كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ " إِذَا دَخَلَ أَدْنَى الْحَرَمِ أَمْسَكَ عَنِ التَّلْبِيَةِ، ثُمَّ يَأْتِي ذَا طُوًى، فَيَبِيتُ بِهِ، وَيُصَلِّي بِهِ صَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ، وَيَغْتَسِلُ، وَيُحَدِّثُ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ".
