Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5087
Narrated by Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), a man stood in Masjid e Nabwi and asked Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah, from where do you command us to assume Ihram?" Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) replied, "For the people of Madinah, it is Dhu'l-Hulayfah, for the people of Sham, it is Juhfah, and for the people of Najd, it is Qarn al-Manazil." Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) added, "Later, people also said that the Miqat for the people of Yemen is Yalamlam, but I don't remember this."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے مسجد نبوی میں کھڑے ہو کر نبی ﷺ سے پوچھا کہ یا رسول اللہ!! آپ ہمیں کہاں سے احرام باندھنے کا حکم دیتے ہیں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اہل مدینہ کے لئے ذوالحلیفہ، اہل شام کے لئے جحفہ اور اہل نجد کے لئے قرن میقات ہے۔“ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ بعد میں لوگوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ اہل یمن کی میقات یلملم ہے لیکن مجھے یہ یاد نہیں۔
Syedna Ibn Umar RA se marvi hai ke ek aadmi ne Masjid Nabvi mein kharay ho kar Nabi SAW se poocha ke ya Rasulullah aap humain kahan se ehram bandhne ka hukum dete hain Nabi SAW ne farmaya Ahl Madina ke liye Zulhulayfah Ahl Sham ke liye Juhfah aur Ahl Najd ke liye Qarn miqat hai Syedna Ibn Umar RA farmate hain ke baad mein logon ne ye bhi kaha ke Ahl Yemen ki miqat Yalamlam hai lekin mujhe ye yaad nahi
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، مِنْ أَيْنَ نُهِلُّ؟ قَالَ:" يُهِلُّ أَهْلُ الْمَدِينَةِ مِنْ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ، وَأَهْلُ الشام مِنَ الْجُحْفَةِ، وَأَهْلُ نَجْدٍ مِنْ قَرْنٍ"، قَالَ: وَيَقُولُونَ: وَأَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ مِنْ يَلَمْلَمَ.
