Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5088
Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When the people broke their allegiance to Yazid bin Muawiyah, Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) gathered all his sons and family, testified to the two testimonies of faith, and said: "Now then! We pledged allegiance to this man in the name of Allah and His Messenger, and I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: 'On the Day of Resurrection, a banner will be raised for every treacherous person, and it will be said, "This is the treachery of so-and-so."' And he (the Prophet) said, 'The greatest treachery after Shirk is that a man pledges allegiance to someone in the name of Allah and His Messenger, and then breaks it.' Therefore, do not let any of you break the allegiance to Yazid, nor even think of rebelling against the Caliphate, otherwise there will be no connection between me and him."

نافع رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ جب لوگوں نے یزید بن معاویہ کی بیعت توڑ دی تو سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے اپنے سارے بیٹوں اور اہل خانہ کو جمع کیا، شہادتین کا اقرار کیا اور فرمایا: امابعد! ہم نے اللہ اور اس کے رسول کے نام پر اس شخص کی بیعت کی تھی اور میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ ہر دھوکے باز کے لئے قیامت کے دن ایک جھنڈا گاڑا جائے گا اور کہا جائے گا کہ یہ فلاں شخص کی دھوکہ بازی ہے اور شرک کے بعد سب سے بڑا دھوکہ یہ ہے کہ آدمی اللہ اور اس کے رسول کے نام پر کسی کی بیعت کرے اور پھر اسے توڑ دے، اس لئے تم میں سے کوئی بھی یزید کی بیعت توڑے اور نہ ہی امر خلافت میں جھانک کر بھی دیکھے، ورنہ میرے اور اس کے درمیان کوئی تعلق نہیں رہے گا۔
Nafe rahmatullah alaih kehte hain keh jab logon ne Yazeed bin Muawiya ki bai't tod di to Sayyiduna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ne apne sare beton aur ahle khana ko jama kiya, shahadatain ka iqrar kiya aur farmaya: Amabad! hum ne Allah aur uske Rasul ke naam par is shakhs ki bai't ki thi aur maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai keh har dhokhe baz ke liye qayamat ke din ek jhanda gada kiya jayega aur kaha jayega keh ye falan shakhs ki dhoka bazi hai aur shirk ke bad sabse bada dhoka ye hai keh aadmi Allah aur uske Rasul ke naam par kisi ki bai't kare aur phir use tod de, isliye tum mein se koi bhi Yazeed ki bai't tore aur na hi amr khilafat mein jhank kar bhi dekhe, warna mere aur uske darmiyan koi ta'alluq nahi rahega.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنِي صَخْرُ بْنُ جُوَيْرِيَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، قَالَ: لَمَّا خَلَعَ النَّاسُ يَزِيدَ بْنَ مُعَاوِيَةَ، جَمَعَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ بَنِيهِ وَأَهْلَهُ، ثُمَّ تَشَهَّدَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَمَّا بَعْدُ، فَإِنَّا قَدْ بَايَعْنَا هَذَا الرَّجُلَ عَلَى بَيْعِ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ، وَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" إِنَّ الْغَادِرَ يُنْصَبُ لَهُ لِوَاءٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، يُقَالُ: هَذِهِ غَدْرَةُ فُلَانٍ"، وَإِنَّ مِنْ أَعْظَمِ الْغَدْرِ إلَا أَنْ يَكُونَ الْإِشْرَاكُ بِاللَّهِ تَعَالَى أَنْ يُبَايِعَ رَجُلٌ رَجُلًا عَلَى بَيْعِ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ، ثُمَّ يَنْكُثَ بَيْعَتَهُ، فَلَا يَخْلَعَنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ يَزِيدَ، وَلَا يُشْرِفَنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ فِي هَذَا الْأَمْرِ فَيَكُونَ صَيْلَمٌ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُ.
