Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5167
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Every one of you is a shepherd and every one of you will be questioned about his flock. A leader is a shepherd of his people, and he will be questioned about them. A man is a shepherd of his family, and he will be questioned about them. A woman is a shepherd of her husband's house and children, and she will be questioned about them. A servant is a shepherd of his master's wealth, and he will be questioned about it. Beware, every one of you is a shepherd and every one will be questioned about his flock."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”تم میں سے ہر ایک نگران ہے اور تم میں سے ہر ایک سے باز پرس ہو گی، چنانچہ حکمران اپنی رعایا کے ذمہ دار ہیں اور ان سے ان کی رعایا کے حوالے سے باز پرس ہو گی، مرد اپنے اہل خانہ کا ذمہ دار ہے اور اس سے ان کے متعلق باز پرس ہو گی، عورت اپنے خاوند کے گھر اور بچوں کی ذمہ دار ہے اور اس سے اس کی باز پرس ہو گی، غلام اپنے آقا کے مال کا ذمہ دار ہے اور اس سے اس کے متعلق باز پرس ہو گی، الغرض تم میں سے ہر ایک نگران ہے اور تم میں سے ہر ایک سے اس کی رعایا کے متعلق باز پرس ہو گی۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Tum mein se har ek nigran hai aur tum mein se har ek se baaz purs hogi, chunancha hukmaran apni raaya ke zimmedar hain aur un se un ki raaya ke hawale se baaz purs hogi, mard apne ahl khana ka zimmedar hai aur us se un ke mutalliq baaz purs hogi, aurat apne khaawind ke ghar aur bachchon ki zimmedar hai aur us se us ki baaz purs hogi, ghulam apne aqa ke maal ka zimmedar hai aur us se us ke mutalliq baaz purs hogi, algharz tum mein se har ek nigran hai aur tum mein se har ek se us ki raaya ke mutalliq baaz purs hogi."
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ، وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ، فَالْأَمِيرُ الَّذِي عَلَى النَّاسِ رَاعٍ عَلَيْهِمْ، وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُمْ، وَالرَّجُلُ رَاعٍ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ، وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُمْ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ رَاعِيَةٌ عَلَى بَيْتِ بَعْلِهَا وَوَلَدِهِ، وَهِيَ مَسْئُولَةٌ عَنْهُمْ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّجُلِ رَاعٍ عَلَى بَيْتِ سَيِّدِهِ، وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُ، أَلَا فَكُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ، وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ".
