Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5257
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that if I walk at a normal pace, I have seen the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) walking like that, and if I walk fast, I have seen the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) walking like that too, and I have become very old.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ اگر میں عام رفتار سے چلوں تو میں نے نبی ﷺ کو بھی اس طرح چلتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے اور اگر تیزی سے چلوں تو میں نے نبی ﷺ کو اس طرح بھی دیکھا ہے اور میں انتہائی بوڑھا ہو چکا ہوں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki agar mein aam raftar se chaloon to maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko bhi is tarah chalte huye dekha hai aur agar tezise chaloon to maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko is tarah bhi dekha hai aur mein intehai boodha ho chuka hoon.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ جُمْهَانَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ:" إِنْ أَسْعَى فَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْعَى، وَإِنْ أَمْشِي، فَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمْشِي، وَأَنَا شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ".
